"Ariel Sharon must think Americans are stupid" By

He tells us that he attacked Palestinian cities in retaliation for
suicide bombings in Israel, assuming we would forget that Israel’s military
occupation predated the suicide bombings by almost 35 years.
He assures us that the attacks only target terrorists, confident that we
are not watching his military firing at civilians, ambulances, hospitals, church
compounds and homes.
He equates Israel’s war with America’s war in Afghanistan, convinced
that we will not figure out that the United States has neither occupied
Afghanistan, nor imposed brutal military rule upon its population.
Finally, he blatantly ignores our President’s demands that Israel
withdraw from the Occupied Territories, certain that no strings will ever attach
to the $3 billion dollar military aid package we taxpayers give Israel every
year.
But we Americans tend to wisen up as we do our taxes and confront the
third of our salaries that our families will never see.
Suddenly we realize that money we could have spent to improve the lives
of our own children has funded the killing of innocent Palestinian children and
the humiliation of their parents. I
want my money back.
